mixed feelings about my stay

faulty air conditioningearly breakfast service

the room wasn't great. the air conditioning didn't work properly, it was either too cold or not working at all. i also found the breakfast service ended too early. they started clearing everything away well before the stated closing time, i felt rushed.

The reception staff seemed nice I guess because they were friendly at reception when I showed up. The breakfast options had quite a few vegetarian choices that were alright.

I didn't like that you can't really set the temperature in the room properly. When I turned on the air conditioning, it had high ventilation, and it was too much. Not very relaxing if you ask me.

The breakfast included a great variety. I also appreciate the view from the 12th floor where it takes place. The location is great too. It is close to the city.

There were only two of them and you had to wait for several minutes.

The breakfast offered a variety of dishes and took place on the twelfth floor, a location with a view of the city.

The hotel felt not quite luxurious. I requested shampoo, but I received none. the twin room I booked wasn't configured as requested as I asked before my arrival to change it to a queen bed or to join the two beds together if possible, but when I got the room they weren't.
